STRATEGY AND TACTICS, APPLIED TO PROBLEMS WORTH SOLVING
Stratics is how I work: understand the situation completely, choose the line that actually resolves it, then execute until it's built.
My methodology didn't come from business school. It came from nine years in the Army, then seven years as a firefighter and EMT — making decisions in seconds, with real consequences. That's still how I work: assess the situation fast, commit, stay calm while executing.
Today I apply it across six companies in physical and cyber security, land development, agtech and venture capital — and it's the operating system behind Alpha Code.
THE METHOD
THREE MOVES, EVERY TIME
See it clearly
Most problems are misdiagnosed before they're mistreated. Strip the noise until the actual constraint is visible.
Choose the line
There are always several routes. Pick the one that resolves the constraint, not the one that's easiest to start.
Build it
Strategy is a hypothesis until something exists. Execute, measure, adjust.
VENTURES, CEO OF ALPHA CODE
Alpha Code is a strategy and design studio — the company behind every venture, brand, and product built or backed underneath.
